After few minutes I get the following screen:

5 minutes later, there is a big step forward, similar to the first step of Man on the Moon, I can see some familiar boxes that I can fill in.

The gender by default is Male, why on Earth males are always first on the list and privilegiated over women?

Date of Birth...only four possibilities...and a dash in case you are in trouble...

So I choose the biggest figure: 4, don't ask why.

Belgium seems to be the last country in the world for Chinese (just joking;)

As I am becoming impatient I enter Belgium, for Chinese I will be Belgian, after all I speak French (but it is not said if it is Walloon or Flemish side...)
